Job Description:

  1. Demonstrates and reinforces behaviors and basic people minimums necessary to gain commitment from Staff, Supervisors and Managers to delivering Excellent QSC standards

Job Description:

  1. Understand the business goals, identify performance gaps, and recommend solutions
  2. Develop, plan, prepare, implement, and improve the training program for staff
  3. Update and maintain the training manual, materials, and knowledge base
  4. Conduct soft-skills training for all outlets staff according to SOP and required standards
  5. Design and implement training framework and ensuring full use of our company’s internal training app
  6. Plan, implement, execute, and evaluate training plans.
  7. Co-ordinate and communicate effectively on staff performance issues with the HR & Operations department
  8. Manage and track induction and onboarding program for new employee
  9. Responsible for identifying all the staff training needs and actively involved in the professional upgrading of the staff skill set and mindset
  10. Work on all areas of training including product knowledge, customer service, service excellence and other modules in the total training regime
  11. Evaluate and ensure the effectiveness of the training program
  12. Manage the company’s call center department
  13. Conduct compliance and CCTV audit checks of outlets remotely
  14. Ensure all Recovery, Disciplinary, Retraining and Compliance (RDRC) is conducted in a timely manner

 

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Hospitality or equivalent
  • Proven working experience as a Training Manager with 5 years in strategic planning and relevant experience in an reputable Restaurant Chain (preferably with full ACTA Certification)
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage time effectively
  • Strong multitasking skills

Job Scope:

  1. Management of company’s social media channels (Website, FB, IG, Google reviews, etc)
  2. Overseeing the marketing department of the company and to solidify Takagi Ramen’s brand image and impression as Singapore’s #1 Affordable Ramen that serves affordable and quality food to the masses
  3. Plan and execute creative advertisement campaign and to regularly create viral news to improve brand awareness in a cost effective way
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in marketing campaigns and activities.
  5. Plan a monthly/seasonal promotional calendar of activity, generating ideas for new offerings
  6. Overseeing the compliance and marketing department and to act as a direct liaison to manage all in-house executives, freelancers, brand ambassadors and any other external stakeholders
  7. Providing support to the outlets operations team as well as the opening team on any backend onboarding processes required
  8. Building an internal growth work culture and maintaining positive relationships with management, colleagues and external stakeholders
  9. Follow-up on progress across multiple departments to ensure objectives and actionables are met within deadlines
  10. Cross Collaborating with the HR department in organizing company and community events
  11. Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting manager

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the relevant role
  • Experience working in F&B industry will be advantageous
  • A Diploma in marketing and communications is preferred
  • Strong in photoshop and premier-pro
  • Creative and have good sense in design
  • Must know photoshop + Canva
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a team
