As one of the highlights of the new menu, Takagi Ramen presents two refreshing and indulgent beverages: the Nutty Strawberry Ice Blended Gyunyu and the Coconut Mango Ice Blended Gyunyu. Priced at a wallet-friendly $5.90 each, these innovative combinations of flavors offer a unique twist to traditional ramen accompaniments. The Zaru Ramen, available at an incredibly affordable $4.90, is a simplistic chilled variation of our beloved ramen, with a delicate dipping sauce, providing a delightful culinary experience. Hiyashi Ramen – Savor the refreshing Hiyashi Chuka, a Japanese chilled, noodle dish featuring crunchy sliced cucumber, chicken ham, beancurd tofu, crab meat, and our special thick and chewy cold noodles. All harmonized by dipping in an ice cold shoyu-based sauce. This is best eaten when the weather is humid.
Zaru Ramen – Our new thick and chewy cold noodles are served with an umami-rich shoyu dipping broth served with minced white radish, Japanese leeks and wasabi on the side.
